T’ai Chi is a possibility to find a way back
from all the conflicts and confusions
we feel in our daily life.
T’ai Chi is a process of opening oneself.
This concerns all of us, always.

T’ai Chi Ch’uan long form

The Yang Style of T’ai Chi Ch’uan is first and foremost
the long form according to Yang Ch’eng Fu – everything
else came later and is derived from this. That is the
classic form of Yang Style.

The long form is pure fun and joy for every T’ai Chi
student – it is, despite and because of all of the
repetition, diversified and full of options.

At the same time it is a challenge and requires a high
level of personal willingness and physical and mental
competence. Practicing the long form can lead to profound
experience and satisfaction. As an energetic exercise
the meditative spiritual character of T’ai Chi Ch’uan
can be experienced having a profound result.

Due to its length, the long form (108 positions) is a holistic exercise,
with an exceptionally harmonizing result. In the long
form the 13 techniques can be practiced very nicely
and explicitly.

Depending on your personal speed the long form
takes 20- 25 minutes.

I teach the long form according to Yang Ch’eng Fu
in the tradition of Fu Zongwen – one of his most
important students – in the way that Fu Zongwen
has passed on this form to my teachers. Skills and
experiences in other forms or styles of T’ai chi Ch’uan
are helpful in learning the long form but not necessary.

Intros and partner exercise are part of every workshop.

In every workshop we discuss and convoy basics of T’ai Chi.
Of course you can ask questions.

The meditative spiritual aspect of T’ai Chi Ch’uan
as a system of exercises is introduced and is practiced
and weighted in the context of meditation units.
